Victoria Hart

I love all kinds of music. Jazz, pop, blues, hip hop. I hate music snobs, they're one of my pet, hates. I think it's important to be open to new, experiences and listen to everything. I grew up, listening to great singers like Nina Simone and jazz has always been in the background of my life – so singing in a jazzy bluesy style really suits me. It feels quite natural., My favourite female singers are Ella Fitzgerald, Eva Cassidy, Imogen Heap, Amy Winehouse, Erykah Badu… I could go on and on. Male artists? Well, OutKast are my favourite band of the moment. Andre 3000 and Big Boi are incredible. Brandon Boyd, the lead singer of Incubus, has a beautiful voice that makes me melt. And I love Andy Williams, Frank Sinatra, Jamie Cullum… I told you my music tastes are very wide.

One of my all-time favourites is Pal Joey. The, Rodgers and Hart score is wonderful. All those glittering stars and great songs like Bewitched and I Could Write A Book, magical moonlight and supper club scenes. It's very romantic and Sinatra is so seductive. I also love Anchorman, because it's funny and silly. I know the whole script off by heart. And I really enjoyed, Garden State. The soundtrack, script and cast are all perfect. It's such a happy and optimistic film, so funny and heart-warming. It made me laugh and cry.
